The information we need to successfully register you as an educator includes:
- Registration Form
- Interview in Office
- House Inspection
- Orientation
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance
- Anyone 18 years+ living in your home WWCC Clearance
- Copy of photo ID for educator and anyone 18 years+ living in your home
- Public Liability Insurance (form available at office) (Min $10 000 000 insured)
- Agreement
- First Aid - HLTAID004: Provide an Emergency Respond in Education and Care Setting
- Account Details
- Medical Assessment
- ABN Number
- Certificate III in Children Services, Diploma in Children Services or working towards either qualification.
- PRODA RA Number
